These defects indicate poor garage waterproofing. It's highly advisable to address this problem as soon as possible, rather than waiting for large cracks to appear in the walls or for the roof to collapse.
You won't be able to waterproof a garage from groundwater and atmospheric precipitation on your own. Even if you apply new materials and seal the wall cracks, it will only be a temporary fix.

How garage waterproofing is done

You inspect the quality of the completed work and, after signing the acceptance certificate, pay the remaining balance under the contract

The warranty for any type of waterproofing is 2 years. For injection waterproofing and foundation reinforcement, the warranty is up to 5 years.
Injection waterproofing helps to interrupt capillary flow and reduce the permeability of foundations, walls, and floor slabs. Injections of polyurethane gel (works on concrete), polyurethane resin (works on concrete and precast structures), and silicon-siloxane compounds (work on brickwork and precast structures) prevent moisture from being absorbed into the structural materials and improve the waterproofing properties of buildings.
